■About Reservations
・Reservations can be made from today up to 60 days before the event date. You must book by 9:00 p.m. the day prior to the event.
・A maximum of 9 people are allowed per group.
・Participants must be 20 years or older; infants and those driving on the event day (including passengers in cars, motorcycles, or bicycles) are not permitted.
・Payments must be cashless on the event day. Accepted methods include credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMERICAN EXPRESS, JCB) and PayPay.
■Cancellation Policy
・Cancellations can be made online until 9:00 p.m. the day before the event without incurring any fees.
・The event may be canceled in the case of severe weather or natural disasters such as typhoons or snowfalls. Please check the
Yamazaki Distillery Experience website before your visit. Note that no alternative dates or times will be offered. Customers are responsible for any cancellation fees related to transportation and accommodation due to event cancellation. Please understand this before booking.
■Handling of Personal Information
・Suntory Corporation will share your name, telephone number, and email address with Suntory Publicity Service Limited and DYNAC Corporation for the purpose of providing information at the Whisky House reception (Administrator: DYNAC Corporation, 2-3-3-3 Daiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan). This is managed by Nobuhiro Torii, President and Representative Director, Suntory Limited.
