This cafe is designed for interactions with animals. If you are uncomfortable with interacting with animals or being approached by them, we kindly ask that you refrain from entering. If any member of your group falls into this category, they will need to wait outside. Regarding the use by children, if they cannot follow the instructions of their guardian or staff during their visit, they may be asked to leave. This also applies if they become scared and cry. We encourage families to discuss and consider this before visiting. Additionally, once you have completed check-in and started your visit, menu changes are not possible, so please confirm everything with our staff before check-in. This is not like a dog cafe or cat cafe. If you expect to pet the animals at your own pace or approach them yourself, this is not the place for you.
