[For customers who have booked the brewery tour only, the tour + lunch course, or the tour + dinner course] *Please note that we will be suspending reservations for "Tour + Lunch Course" and "Tour + Dinner Course" packages from July 1st until further notice. If you would like to book both a tour and a meal, please make separate reservations for each. [Tour + Lunch Course] 1. Tour Reservation: From 10:30 AM 2. Lunch Reservation: We recommend making a reservation for 12:00 PM or later. [Tour + Dinner Course] 1. Tour Reservation: From 3:30 PM 2. Dinner Reservation: We recommend making a reservation for 5:30 PM or later. ・ Registration will take place at the &KASEN SHOP. Please complete the prepayment procedure for the tour fee upon arrival at the shop. ・Please arrive at the reception desk at least 10 minutes before the start time. ・When checking in, please tell the staff your name and the number of people in your reservation. ・The brewery tour has a capacity of 10 people. Participation is not permitted for those exceeding this limit. ・Please note that we cannot accept any additional guests on the day of the event. [To our restaurant customers] ・Registration will take place at the &KASEN SAKE Bar. ・Please tell the staff your name and the number of people in your party at the reception desk located directly in front of the entrance. ・Please inform us of any food allergies when making your reservation. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate all requests depending on the specific allergy. [Applies to all courses] ・Please include children in your reservation count if you are accompanied by them. ・ We use sake in our dishes, sauces, and seasonings. If you do not like alcohol or are unable to consume it, please let us know in advance. ・ We do not serve alcohol to minors. [Cancellation policy] Due to the arrangements for securing your reservation seats and arranging staff, the following cancellation fees will apply for cancellations or changes in the number of people in your party. - Cancellation the day before: 50% of the reservation fee - Cancellation on the day of the reservation: 100% of the reservation fee - No-show: 100% of the reservation fee If a cancellation fee is incurred, we may bill you at the contact information you provided at a later date.
