Cancellation Policy
At our restaurant, we charge a cancellation fee for cancellations not received by 5:00 PM the day before.
○ If the menu has already been decided and all guests cancel,
Cancellation Fee: 100%
*The full course price will be charged.
○ If a seating reservation is made and all guests cancel,
(if the menu has not yet been decided)
Cancellation Fee: ¥2,000 per person
○ Changing the number of guests
If the menu has already been decided,
changing the number of guests on the day will incur a ¥1,000 fee per person.
