■If you have any requests or preferences regarding seating type, please enter them in the “Questions / Requests” section below.
■Even with a reservation, you may be asked to wait before being seated depending on the previous guest’s dining time.
■If you expect to arrive late, please contact the restaurant as soon as possible.
■If we are unable to reach you 15 minutes or more after your reservation time on the day, your reservation will be cancelled.
【Cancellation Policy】
If you do not arrive and we are unable to contact you 15 minutes or more after your reservation time, your reservation will be treated as a no-show cancellation, and the following cancellation fees will apply.
● On the day of the reservation (no-show without contact)
・Course reservations
A cancellation fee of 50% of the course price × number of guests will be charged.
・Seat-only reservations
A cancellation fee of JPY 2,000 per person × number of guests will be charged.
■ Payment of Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees will be billed via a web invoice sent to the phone number or email address provided at the time of reservation. Payment will be requested through this invoice.
