Reservation Policy / Notes (English)
• For reservations with a party size not supported by our online booking system, please contact the restaurant directly.
• Please note that table selection is not available through this online reservation system.
• Same-day reservations are accepted by phone only.
• For guests booking a course meal:
• We will prepare course meals according to the number of adults in your party.
• All members of the same group are requested to choose the same course.
• Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
• Day before your reservation: 50% of the course price
• Day of your reservation: 100% of the course price
• If we do not hear from you and you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation will be treated as a cancellation.
• We are unable to reserve parking spaces in advance.
Please follow the instructions of the parking attendants upon your arrival.
• If you arrive earlier than your reserved time, you may be asked to wait in the 1st-floor waiting area depending on the floor availability that day. Thank you for your understanding.
