1. Please wear socks when using the cat café. Socks with exposed toes are not allowed. 2. To prevent infections among the cats, we cannot admit guests who have visited another animal café earlier on the same day. 3. Please do not give the cats any human food or drinks. 4. Please avoid speaking loudly or making loud noises. Please use the space as quietly as you would a library. Loud noises may scare the cats and cause them to run away. 5. Photos and videos are allowed with cameras or mobile phones. Please do not use flash or lights. 6. Please do not do anything the cats dislike, such as picking them up or chasing them. 7. Please avoid putting your face close to the cats, including “cat sniffing.” 8. Outside toys are not allowed. Please use the toys provided in the café. 9. Cats may become excited and bite because of catnip, strong smells on clothing, scented oils, perfume, pet smells, medicines, or other strong odors. Staff may speak to you or, in some cases, ask you to leave. Guests wearing strongly scented clothing may be asked not to enter. 10. If you are concerned about cat allergies, please refrain from using the café. We cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions caused by visiting the café. 11. If you are injured by a cat, we can provide simple disinfection, but we cannot accept responsibility. We do not cover medical expenses. 12. Children of elementary-school age or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guardians must keep an eye on their children and be considerate of the cats. 13. If a customer injures a cat, whether intentionally or by accident, we may charge the customer for the cat’s treatment costs. 14. Cats are playful and may jump on or scratch your clothing. Please be careful, as we cannot accept responsibility for this. 15. Our fees are time-based. After the explanation, you will receive a receipt showing your start time. Your time begins at the time printed on the receipt. Please manage your own time. During busy periods, staff may remind you about your remaining time. 16. Your time does not end when you leave the cat room. Your time ends when you are ready to leave, have put on your shoes, and complete payment at the register near the entrance. Even if you exceed your time by one minute, an additional fee will be charged in 10-minute units. After payment, you may not use drinks, the restroom, lint rollers, or other café facilities. Please leave promptly after payment so other guests can enter and exit.
